The Yoni Nourishment Guide

Women's wellness illustration

Your yoni has been asking for nourishment.

Ayurveda has known the answer for 5,000 years. Honest, judgment-free, practical. 🌸

🧄 1. Feed her right

Intimate health starts with food: curd and probiotic foods for flora balance, enough water, sesame and ghee in moderation for tissue nourishment. Excess sugar is the most common silent disruptor.

⚗️ 2. The pH truth

Healthy vaginal pH is 3.8–4.5 — naturally acidic and self-cleaning. That means: no scented washes inside, no douching, ever. Plain water externally is enough. “Fresh-smelling” products often cause the exact problem they claim to fix.

✅ 3. What’s normal (so you stop worrying)

Daily discharge that’s clear-to-white and mild-smelling: normal. Sweating: normal. Changes through your cycle: normal. What’s NOT: itching, burning, strong odour, or green/grey colour — that’s a doctor conversation, not a home-remedy situation.

🧦 4. Cotton, breathability, and the overnight rule

Cotton underwear, change after workouts, and sleep without underwear sometimes. Synthetic + damp = the environment problems love.
