Intimate health starts with food: curd and probiotic foods for flora balance, enough water, sesame and ghee in moderation for tissue nourishment. Excess sugar is the most common silent disruptor.

Healthy vaginal pH is 3.8–4.5 — naturally acidic and self-cleaning. That means: no scented washes inside, no douching, ever. Plain water externally is enough. “Fresh-smelling” products often cause the exact problem they claim to fix.
